What is pickleball and how do you play it? 

• What is pickleball?

Pickleball is a fun and fast-paced sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is played with a paddle and a perforated plastic ball on a court similar to a badminton court, but with a slightly modified tennis net.​​

Pickleball is played either in singles or doubles. The ball must be served underhand and land in the opponent's service court, with the main goal of scoring points by hitting the ball over the net in such a way that the opposing player/team cannot return it. Games are typically played to 11 points, and a team must win by 2 points.​​

Cancellation, Rebooking & Refund 

Court reservations can be cancelled via the Playtomic app. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If you need to edit your reservation, you must cancel the old reservation and rebook a new one; a cancellation fee will apply if not done within the 60-minute grace period. Cancellations made within the club's policy will receive an immediate refund to your selected payment method (including Playtomic service fees). The refund will be by Playtomic credits via Playtomic wallets.

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Raining or inclement weather (before reservation): Full Refund

• Raining or inclement weather (during reservation): Full refund for 1st half hour,  prorated refund for 2nd half hour into the reservation 

• Arriving late or No Show: No refund 

• Court conditions problem/Maintenance: Full Refund

• Emergency closure of the facility: Full Refund

• Cancellation without reason: 24 hours before the reservation time. For cancellation without appropriate reason, a cancellation fees will be apply.

* If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation due to rain during the reservation time, please provide a photo or video of the court condition as evidence and send to our Whatsapp. Refund requests without a photo will be subject to management’s approval.*

Are our court specialised for professional players
and tournament hosting?

​Please kindly note that, owing to the limited spacing between each court and the surrounding walls, these outdoor courts are primarily intended for casual and recreational play, particularly suited for beginners. The confined space may not adequately support the needs of competitive players or hosting official tournaments, where a more spacious environment would be preferred to ensure optimal play and fairness. We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to enjoy the facilities accordingly based on the limitations above.

What are the court hours of operation?

• Weekdays:

8 A.M – 12 P.M. :

S$35 per hour per court

12 P.M. - 4 P.M.:       (Happy hour promotions)

Monday to Friday - S$18 per hour per court

6 P.M. – 10 P.M. :

S$40 per hour per court

​What is the skill level of the players at the club?

​Can I bring my own equipment?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own paddles and balls. We encourage players to use their own equipment for a more personalized experience.

​Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available at the Novotel hotel. Please follow hotel guidelines for parking access.

​What should I wear while playing?

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and non-marking court shoes to ensure safety and proper playing conditions.

​Are there any restrictions on playing during inclement weather?

In case of inclement weather, check our website or contact us for updates on court availability. We prioritize player safety and may close the courts as necessary.

​How do I know which court to play on?

​Please ensure you play on your designated court as per your reservation on the Playtomic app. Signage will be available to guide you to the correct court, and our staff is happy to assist you if you have any questions about court assignments.
